Toy Story 5 Review
Toy Story 5 is an amazing, beautiful story about friendship and finding yourself, as well as believing in who you are and not changing yourself to fit a mold. It is about finding your people, your flock, your community that creates your safe space. The characters are great, the characters are heartwarming. The story takes some turns that are truly heartbreaking, but it completely redefines relationships and how to respect boundaries within a relationship for all ages, no matter if it's platonic or not.
Make it stand out
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Jessie, Buzz Lightyear, and Woody all take the lead this time around, along with a new character that's pretty much a talking, walking iPad who's funny at times. She truly believes she's doing the right thing but notices that sometimes friendships are better left made by the person who's seeking companionship.
Jessie, Buzz Lightyear, and Woody are all dealing with a loss of self, a loss of purpose, and a loss of ownership. They also grapple with finding the foundation of self-worth, self-ownership, and self-preservation within the community that they have built as a family.
The jokes land hard. There's jokes for all ages. There are adult jokes in plain sight that younger audiences would not even notice, but the adults will have a ball, belly bursting laughing out at some of them.
